In the session, Karen helped me clarify and strengthen my sense of purpose and mission while teaching me so much about myself—how my energy works, how my emotional waves tend to flow, and how to better utilize my natural strengths.

My husband and I are opposites in many ways (I'm a rest coach and he loves running long distances).  I always knew we had vastly different needs and speeds, but after a foundation reading with Karen, I was eager to learn about how human design influenced our marriage.  My partnership reading with Karen helped me see my husband and I as co-creators of each other's growth.  She illuminated the differing needs we each have including our own unique energy levels, decision-making processes, social desires, what kind of environment we need.  She also helped me understand the importance of how we communicate to each other, what kind of social interactions suit us best as a couple, and why we thrive on certain projects.  It gave me greater understanding for why we are so different and how we can support each other's growth.  I highly recommend Karen's reading for anyone who wants to understand themselves or their relationship in a deeper way.  

I recently had an in-depth Human Design chart reading with Karen and it exceeded all my expectations. While I was aware of my Human Design type, had downloaded a couple of free charts in the past and watched freely available videos, having a personal reading with this level of details opened up an entirely new understanding of myself. Karen's depth of knowledge and thoroughness in exploring my chart was truly second to none. The reading was a huge boost to my confidence, validated a path I am pursuing, helped me see new possibilities and clarified where/how to best spend my energy, as well as some areas to be mindful of. I can't recommend Karen's services enough!

I have to confess I was sceptical going to in these sessions as I am a very pragmatic, left-brained individual but I really enjoyed it. So much of what Karen said as she reviewed and guideded me through my chart really resonated with me and gave me insight,  not only into myself but also into the way others sometimes react to me. It prompted some deep thought, and I feel at the end I have a better understanding of my core traits and the way the world perceives them.  I am also glad I opted to receive the Summary Report as there is so much information and learnings to take in each week that it is hard to recall it all but the report allows me to revisit it and digest it.  I am so glad I kept an open mind!

My time with Karen was immensely well spent. Not only have I now been informed of my human design and how it relates to my life, but also her wonderful way of explaining it all, without judgement or question. She exudes the utmost professionalism as well as kind heartedness that you don't find everywhere. During our Transformation Coaching sessions she shared and broke down my Human Design: who I am as a person and where I draw power from as well as what drains me, where I make decisions from and HOW I should make decisions. Human Design is an incredible tool that you can use to live smarter and not harder. It was amazing to so clearly see all the areas of who I am in a beautifully accepting way. In the past I would have tried to shift or change these parts of myself. Guess what, I cannot, they are all a part of what make me who I am. Time with Karen is time well spent. Getting to know yourself even better makes your life. I promise, you won't regret it.

I've always been curious about Human Design. But before working with Karen, it felt rather overwhelming to me. She has this incredible way of breaking down the complexities and making them not only more understandable but totally applicable to my life and business. Karen’s guidance has been a game changer!! I have gained so much insight into what makes me uniquely me. There were a lot of “aha” type moments when I realized this is just the way I am – its all in my human design. The clarity on why some situations drain so much of my energy was enlightening and having that awareness can very much help me define my new path forward. It even got me thinking about my family’s human designs and why my laid back hubby goes through the same life experiences far less stressed than me (I am looking forward to exploring more of that with Karen too). I didn’t have any knowledge about Human Design but knew I wanted transformation in my life and trusted Karen to walk me through this process.
